Terms of Service

FairPlay (fairplayapp.coach) is run by FairPlay Coach LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By creating an account or using FairPlay, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use FairPlay.

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. A head coach can invite assistant coaches to share a team, and decides who stays on it.

You’re responsible for the players’ names and other information you add, and for having permission to add them. See our privacy policy for how we handle it.

FairPlay Free costs nothing. FairPlay Pro is a paid plan with extra features, at the price shown before you pay (today $12.99 a month). We may add, change or remove features over time.

A Pro trial gives you Pro free for a set time and needs no card. When it ends you go back to Free, unless you’ve chosen to subscribe. If you subscribe during a trial, your first charge is on the day the trial ends.

Discounts and offers (for example from a league) are personal, can’t be combined with another offer, have no cash value, and may expire. We may end an offer at any time, but not one you’re already using.

Pro renews automatically every month and is charged to your payment method on the same date each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. If a payment fails, we’ll ask you to update your card, and Pro may end if it isn’t fixed.

You can cancel any time from Manage plan. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Your teams and lineups stay on Free.

We don’t give refunds for partial months. If you think you were charged by mistake, email hello@fairplayapp.coach and we’ll sort it out.

We may change Pro’s price. We’ll tell you before a new price applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.

Your teams, players and lineups are yours. You let us store and use them to run FairPlay for you, and we may use them in combined, anonymous form (for example, how many games coaches plan) to improve FairPlay. Our privacy policy explains more, including how to have your information deleted.

Don’t misuse FairPlay: no breaking the law, trying to get into other people’s accounts, copying or scraping the service, or interfering with how it runs. We may suspend or close an account that does.

FairPlay helps you plan lineups and playing time. You’re still the coach: you decide who plays, and you’re responsible for following your league’s rules, including pitch-count and playing-time rules.

We work hard to keep FairPlay running and your data safe, but FairPlay is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using FairPlay at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@fairplayapp.coach. If you have Pro, cancel it first so you aren’t charged again.

Colorado law governs these terms. If they change, we’ll update the date below, and tell coaches about big changes before they take effect.
